LIRFC U15's Boys Team
The Long Island Rugby Club, in addition to the U19 team, openly invites athletes going into 8th and 9th grade. The 'Bearcats' home field is at Glen Cove Middle school and a squad of 25 players will play teams from Long Island, NYC, NJ & CT.
Players must be recognized by their school as being in 9th grade or lower.
Pre-season outdoor practices begin in December and the season runs from March - May. Season dues are $150.00. No experience is needed. All players will be coached in the rules of rugby with an emphasis upon good sportsmanship and fair play.
