PRACTICE LOCATION

  • Practices once a week in the evening (day pending permit confirmation) in Northport, plus a Parents/Coaches v. Kids end of season match.

  • Program runs Apr-July (specific dates to be announced).

  • USA Rugby and AED/CPR certified staff.

  • We supply all the equipment - just bring sneakers or cleats and a desire to learn! Every participant will receive a LIRFC T-shirt.
